Place waxed paper on surface of
filling. Chill.
Meanwude, dissolve gelatin in
hot water. Add lemon juice and the
fruit juice and water. Chill until
slightly thickened. Then fold in
strawberries.
Remove waxed paper from top
of chilled pie. Spread gelatin mix-
ture over filling. Chill until firm.
Garnish, if desired, with sweet-
ened whipped cream.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hart repre-
sented the Ed Hart Chevrolet
Company, Messrs S. T. Low and
Max Griffin represented the Elec-
tra Motors, (Buick dealers) and
Messrs Arden Bailey and George
Jones represented the Auto Serv-
ice Company (Pontiac) in attend-
ing the General Motors Company
Motorama of 1953 at Fair Park
in Dallas, Friday.
The Electrans attended the Pre-
view to witness the presentation
of the style show combining spec-
ial motor style creations by not-
ed designers. More than 4,500
invited guests representing a
cross section of civic, industrial,
business and. social leadership of
North Texas, were present to set
a new high attendance record in
the Fair Park Automobile build-
ing—in spite of a drenching rain.
Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Bingham
and son, Keith, attended the Sat-
urday might .'and' Sunday events of
the Motorama. ' Mr./Bihgham is
a salesman 'with'the Ed Hart

cident near Nocona several weeks
ago was returned from the Veter-
ans Hospital at McKinney to the

the hospital for further treat-
ment.

ency aid cases was discussed. A

Critically Injured
in Traffic Mishap
Mrs. T. C. Stockton Jr., of Fort
Worth, suffered fractured ribs
a double fracture of the pelvic
bones as well, as internal injures,
when the automobile in jwhich she
was riding was struck and turn-
ed over by another car. Two
other women of the. four occup-
ants of the' wrecked vehicle were
injured, one of them critically.
A 14-year old boy driver of the
other vehicle was slightly injur-
ed, z according to news received
here. Mrs. .Stockton, the former
Jaheth Jordan, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. E. L. Jordan, is a pa-
tient in the Harris Hospital in
Fort Worth.
Her parents, z,and her mother-
inlaw, Mrs. T.' C. Stockton Sr.,
of this city and her sister, Mrs.
Terry Parr of Houston rushed to
Fort Worth on receipt of news
of the accident. Mrs. Jordan and
Mrs. Parr are still at the bedsicV
of the injured woman. Mr. Jord-
an has returned to his duties with
the Cicero Smith Lumber Com-
pany. Mrs. Stockton Sr., and
aharon, small daughter of the ac-
cident victim returned to Electra
Sunday night.
The injured woman is employ-
ed with the Convair Company
near Fprt Worth and was enroute
home when the collision took
place. Her husband is employ-
ed in the Fort Worth and Denver
Railway Company office in Fort
Worth.

2 cups milk
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
% package (3% tablespoons)
strawberry-flavored gelatin
% cup hot water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
%.cup fruit juice and water
1 cup drained sweetened sliced
fresh strawberries
% cup cream, whipped and sweet-
ened
Combine pie filling mix and milk
in saucepan. Cook and stir over
medium heat until mixture comes

iary to the Gold Star Post, Vet-
erans of Foreign Wars, will ob-
serve Buddy Poppy Day on Sat-
urday, May 30, by the sale of
poppies made by disabled veter-
ans in government hospitals. Mrs.
Doug Williams, president, an-
nounces that Mrs. Marvin Lor-

of this suit is as* follows, to-yyit:
After alleging jurisdiction, plain-
tiff further alleges that he and de-
fendant were married on or about
June, 1943 and continued to live to-
gether as husband-and wife until
on or about March 1952, when by
reason of cruel, harsh and tyran-
nical treatment on the part of the
defendant toward this plaintiff
without cause or provocation, was
of such a nature as to render their
further living together insupport-
able; that there were no children
born of this marriage and that
there is no community property;
