James Oldham of Cypress-
Fairbanks, the leading rusher in
District 23AA was held to a bare
54 yards in 17 carries, and the
majority of this yardage was
picked up against the Ratter
second string.
This defeat eliminated the
Bobcats from championship
hopes as it was their secohd
straight loss in conference play.
. From the opening whistle
there was no doubt in anyone’s
mind as to the outcome. The
Rattlers kicked off to the Bob-
cats to open play and on the
second play from scrimmage
Oldham was met on the Bob-
cat 22 in his first rushing at-
tempt and jarred lose from the
tempt to Ronnie Engle. _ . _ .
