They ask for ligt and light

mg to City Manager Doyle Duke
and he announced the Council
had approved plans to install
lights on the Flint Creek bridge'
at Lake Eddleman. This will
create good night fishing and at-
tract the passing tourists.
Ibis is another forward step
that the City is taking to imh-
prove the com tort of fishermen.
I talk to dozens of out-of-
town fishermen every week and
they are amazed at the num-
ber of free fishing and camp-
Ing facilities, that Graham of-
' fers on our local lakes.
Each year our tourist trade
increases. On the east side of
Lake Graham we have a new
boat ramp, lights, miles of free
, camping , and plenty of gar-
♦ pag cans that make the ou
Ing much deader. Also, a nev
ceive gas service. Boy, this
sounds good, but it is true.
Mr. Duke said the City had lots
of plans tor the com mg year
in the way of impovements on
our local lakes that , will make
Graham one of the best fish-
ing spots in Texas, and, all
we need is the backing of our
local fishermen.
