Charles Kelsey is now at the Physics Department,
University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana.
Al Popp's military address is PFC Albert P. Popp,
Co. B, 54th Infantry, 4th Armored Division, A. P. O.
176, N. Y. , N. Y.
William Colglazier writes as follows: "I have been
attending Indiana University School of Law for the
past year. And I am looking forward to the day when
I may practice in the profession.
I have two children, William Patrick, Jr. , and Su-
san Christine. My wife was formerly Christine Wirth
of Austin.
It is wonderful to hear of the vast improvements
being made at St. Edward's. This must be very grati-
fying to those who have devoted their time and work
towards those goals. My family and I hope some day
we may be able to visit the campus of St. Edward's,
but until that time we must be content with the News-
letter. "

James Wilson Pattillo is now doing graduate work
at Texas Tech, Lubbock, Texas. He is planning on
further graduate work, possibly at Louisiana State
University, leading to a Ph. D. His current address
is 2601 22nd Street, Lubbock, Texas.
Brother Raymond Gunzel, CSC, writes from the
Ginasio Dom Armando, Santarem, Para, Brazil:
"From what little information I can get, the improve-
ments around St. Ed's campus must be fabulous. I
had hoped very much to have scheduled a stop there
before coming down here but things just didn't work
out that way. As it is now I will have to wait until my
trip home somewhere in the distant future. There
is a lot of water to go under the bridge before I come
to that however. Right now I am having a vicarious
experience watching Brother Julius making his prep-
arations for his first visit home. He will be leaving
here around the 18th or 19th of this month (November).
He will have to spend several days around Belem -
clearing with the Police and customs, etc. After
several days visiting New Orleans he is coming to St.
Ed's. "

Fred Stegall writes us from Galveston, Texas: "I
finished my sophomore year in Medical School (UTMB)
last June, and am "laying out" this year to get my
Master's degree in physiology. For the first time in
my life, I'm on the teaching end of education, and am
very interested in education as a career. I'm one of
a group of eight lab instructors -- I have 16 students
in my group -- and curiously enough the only ex-Eds-
man in this year's Freshman Class, Otis Cutler, is
in that group. Pat Wagner is here, too, as is Walt
Shaffer. Incidentally, Walt and Pat have been near
the top of their respective classes scholastically; Eds-
men have a good reputation here at the Medical Branch.
I've seen a great many of the Galveston exes in the
past few months, but as you can guess they're too
numerous to mention.
Nancy and I are expecting our first in June. De-
spite all my medical acumen, I can't guarantee a future
Edsman yet; that is, unless someone has plans to
make St. Ed's coeducational.
Hope to see you all this May, though the teaching
schedule may not allow us that luxury. "
Lt. (j. g.) George W. Cronin, is now stationed at
BOQ, Rm-A10 5, Naval Air Station, Memphis 15,

This letter received from Mrs. Frederico F. Paez,
Box 1414, Laredo, Texas: "This is to congratulate
you on your fine publication about St. Ed's exes. My
husband enjoys reading about his former classmates,
and I draw from that enjoyment because that way I
become acquainted in a way with St. Edward's.
We have an 8 month old baby boy, Freddy, Jr. ,
and a future student at St. Ed's. Fred is now teach-
ing at Katherine Tarver Public School here in Laredo,
and we make our home at 507 Davis.
After school, my husband also serves as Athletic
Director for the Boy's Club here in Laredo. He
coaches the A, B, and C teams there who have a pretty
good record for the season. Lico (as he is called) is
also playing with the Commercial Softball League, and
is a starter for the City Basketball League. "
