The Texas State Journal of Medicine (now Texas Medicine) was founded in 1905 and continues to publish a monthly magazine reporting on organized medicine, TMA members, and association leadership related to health and medicine. Its monthly journals are a contemporaneous portrayal of the practice of medicine.
