Wichita Daily Times
The Wichita Daily Times was the first daily newspaper in Wichita Falls, founded in 1907, by Joseph Kemp and Edward Howard. The first issue was published on May 14, 1907, and the newspaper supported the city's mercantile community with the goal of attracting more businesses and citizens to move to the area.
