Q Texas, an LGBT publication, was published by the Dallas Voice from 2000-2004. It featured articles on art, music, performance, movies and culture, as well as the current social and political subject matter during its run.

Publication History

Q Texas was founded in 2000 by the Dallas Voice when TWT or TWIT (This Week in Texas) ended. The offices for the magazine were in Dallas and Houston, and Dennis Vercher served as the Editor. In 2005, Q Texas combined with The Texas Triangle, another LGBT periodical, into TXT Magazine. TXT Magazine ceased publication in December 2006.
