Boy and Girl Scout Annual Reports

This digital collection contains annual reports submitted to Congress highlighting the yearly activities of the Boy and Girl Scouts of America. Topics covered include program updates, a listing of regional awards, membership numbers, information on organization leadership, and financial statements. A "Letter of Transmittal" to the Speaker of the House, written by the organization's current president or Chief Scouting Executive, precedes each report. The Boy Scouts of America has sent an annual report to Congress every year since their founding in 1910. The Girl Scouts of the United States of America, although founded in 1912, has sent an annual report to Congress every year since 1950.
