Mr. Hardin Smith and Miss Agnes
Briscoe took a drive last Friday
afternoon. They continued it be-
yond a reasonable limit of time,
and late that night reported their
marriage at the neighboring town of
Jaeksboro, from which place they
went on a wedding journey to Fort
WBtth.
The district court convened Monday
grand jury consisting of M. K. Ora-
Carmack, T. K. Criswell, D. A. Ford,
Tahths Porter, J. A. Holt, 7. M. As-
kew. J. B. Beaty, J. TV Hunt, E. W.
Whitely, and F. P. Braxolton was
erapamvsled, sworn, and charged by
