clock Mr T W Posey was mar-
ried to Miss Mable Holland at
the borne of the btide’s parants,
Mr and Mrs W B Holland,of Mc-
Gregor. Rev, C G Howard, pas-
tor of the Baptisteburch of Mar-
lin officiated.' Mr and Mrs Posey

San Antonin, They arrived
home Wednesday night.

know him wish for him and his

School Board Meeting
The Kyle school board met at
the school building Tuesday
afternoon and organized as
follows: Chas Thelie, Presi-
dent; J W Tompkins, secetary-
treasure, E C Woods, who at
his own earnest request, retires
from the board after a continu-
ous service of sixteen years, was
elected an honarary member of
the board, This was a well mer-
ited compliment, and this action
on the part of the board will re-
ceive the hearty sanction of the
entire community.

League, is going to run a Trade
Excursion to all the towns be-
here and Taylor on that day.
There will be about one hundred
and fifty in the party, and a big
military band, all travelling by
special train. We cannot give
the time of our arrival a jet, but
as soon as the schedule is com-
plete, we will advise you by pres®
announcements and advertising
literature. These will contain
f4z names of those making the
trip, as well.
Of course our members are
forward with great plea-

or/where the one making the trip
has never had advantage of per-
sonal acquaintance, of making
new ones with the merchants
whose trade and cooperation
