AN ILLNESS OF LAWLESSNESS
I want to make some comments today about the recent riots
in our land. I want to comment, too, on some of the
aftermath of those riots, on the mood of at least a
portion of the American public, and on the reaction of
some of our political leaders to the terrible and
unbelievable scenes we have all witnessed in the past
few weeks.

government service.
