Notes

This winter issue provides information on TCAFS hosting of the 2006 Southern Division AFS spring meeting to be held in San Antonio. In the President's message, Dave Terre said that he was extremely honored to accept the "Outstanding Chapter Award" given to the TCAFS by the Parent Society in the 2005 AFS Annual Meeting in Anchorage, Alaska. Garrett Hysmith, 13-year-old grandson of long-time member Bruce Hysmith, lost his 10-year long battle with brain tumors. A memorial has been setup in his honor.
