Description

Resolution regarding the LULAC Foundation, signed and submitted by Eduardo Morga and Hank Aquirre. The resolution establishes inclusion of the LULAC Foundation as part of the League of United Latin American Citizens entity to be presided over by a board comprised of members a majority of of which are also Supreme Council Members, and the foundation is accountable to the Supreme Council. The resolution is signed by M. Gonzales and indicates approval on June 1976 by the National Supreme Council.
