IMPORTANT ADDITION-
Securities Commissioner Wil-
liam M. King believes a recent
decision by the Texas Court of
Criminal Appeals is an Impor-
tant addition to the legal pro-
tection afforded Texas inves-
tors against fraudulent practi-
ces in the sale of securities.
Court held that misrepresen-
tation of material facts in of-
fering securities for sale is a
crime under penal provision of
the Texas Securities Act.
