A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas, from Omar Burleson, House of Representatives, Washington, D. C., dated January 19, 1950. Burleson acknowledges his receipt of the telegram from Carswell and expresses his appreciation for Carswell wiring with reference to HR 133.
