Make Rainy Days Fun For The Children
By Creating Circus Centerpieces
Children in the house? Then you
know what a rainy day at home
can mean! Here's something special
designed to turned even one of
these difficult days into a gala af-
fair ... a crepe paper centerpiece
that is such tun, and so easy to
make, that the children, engrossed
with its "manufacture," will forget
the stormy weather.

A devotional from 1st Corinth-
ians: 13 was brought by Mrs. Gil-
bert Ridings and the Bible lesson
was taught by Mrs. J. N. Brown-
ing, using the 23rd Psalm as her
scripture. Mission lesson was given
by Mrs. Beulah Souter, her subject
being, "Come, Women, Wide Pro-
claim!" and Mrs. M. T. Gilbert.

To Riddle Circle
The Riddle Circle, First Baptist
Church, met Monday afternoon in
the home of Mrs. R. A. Sneath
with Mrs. A. L. Groves in charge.
Opening prayer was led by Mrs.
S. T. Swenson.
Devotion was given by Mrs. Roy
Curry and a special prayer led by
Mrs. E. A. Cain for missionary and
the sick.
Mrs. J. C. Fuournoy taught the
mission lesson and Mrs. Bigham
gave the closing prayer.
Refreshments of cake, nuts and
coffee were served to eight mem-
bers by -the hostess.
