Is Victim Of
Heart Attack
John A. Weaver of Fort Worth
and farmer resident of Graham,
was dead on arrival at a Fort
Worth hospital 1 am Friday.
Funeral services for Mr. Weaver
were conducted et Harverson
Cole Funeral Chapel with burial
in Greenwood Cemetery on Sat-
urday. Rev. Ed Schmeltekopf and
Rev. Ray Burchetts officiated for
the funeral service
Mr. Weaver was born July If.
1989 in Graham and attended the
Graham Public Schools. He mar-
ried Miss Charlotte Admas of
Fort Worth in December. 1930 He
was a carpenter.
Mr. Weaver Is survived by hit
wife. Mrs Charlotte Weaver, a son
Janies A. Weaver, of Godley; his
mother. Mrs Bruce Weaver and
four grandchildren.
Pallbearers were L. D. Baker.
His aunts. Misses Ada and
Blanche Logan and Mrs Lillie
Mae Logan of Graham attended
the funeral Saturday.
City Hall reported a quiet week-
end. Chief of Police Raymond

the weekend. They included: one
for ‘running V red light, one for
speeding, two for double parking,
one for failing to stop at a stop
sign and one for loud mufflers.

Crestview district. The permit
was for 11500 and. closed out June

three cases on the register over
the weekend. Charles. Pickard
wai arrested hy the State High-
way Patrol July 2 and charged
with driving while intoxicated. He
posted bond July 3 after pleading
not guilty to charges.
Darrell Long was also stopped
by the Patrol July 2 and charged
with driving while Intoxicated He
posted bond after entering a plea
of not guilty. The cases will be
scheduled for the next term of

Chief of. Police Raymond Burk-

City was quiet and sane during
the Fourth of July. No accidents

powder blue lace sheath and
accessories and a corsage of or-
chids. The mother of the groom
wore a pink lace gown with pink
accessories and orchid corsage.
The reception which followed
was held in the church patio. Hur-
rica lamps, lighting t h e path of
the receiving line, were looped
together with white satin stream-
ers and decorated with sprays of
white oleander blossoms and wed-
ding bells tied with satin ribbon.
The reception tables were laid
with white net over bridal satin.
The cake table, centered with a
four tiered wedding cake, decor-
ated with white flowers and tiny
wedding hells and lopped by a
bride and groom in the wedding
arch, was presided over by Mrs.
