Photocopy of a letter from Dr. Ronald Caloss, Superintendent of Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD, to Bill McCarter and Jack Davis, co-directors of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. In regards of Caloss's confirmation that HEB ISD's commitment as a full partner in the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts and that HEB will plan and implement a full two-week summer institute in the summer of 1996 and a minimum of 4 extended institute renewals during the 1996 - 1997 school year. Enclosed with the letter is a stipend worksheet for the faculty.
