Description: Letter from M. O. Laisure and M. W. Curry to W. S. Carter discussing the referendum vote taken by firemen in the eleventh and twelfth seniority district to unanimously consolidate the districts. These districts are to be consolidated in the new schedule in which a new seniority list will be made with respect to each individual's seniority in their respective districts prior to consolidation. The Districts will appear as District No. 11 in the new schedule.
