[Conservatory Spring Figurine Display]

Description: Photograph of a display with artistic figurines arranged for a tea party in the Conservatory at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. Seated in front of a table made out of a mound of grass with a tea set is a female figurine sitting in a miniature pink chair, a stuffed animal on top of a tea spout, a pig in a suit and top hat, and another, unoccupied, pink chair. Yellow and pink flowers are nestled around the figurines, and larger bushes and leafy plants are placed behind them.

[Downtown Midland Ruins After Fire]

Description: Photograph of Downtown Midland, viewed from the southeast, after a fire that started on April 8, 1909, in the Llano Hotel. The hotel, mostly destroyed with some brick walls standing, is at center in front of the water tower, having collapsed due to the fire with debris scattered onto the main roads. The fire also destroyed the Midland Drug Store and Grocery, to the north of the Llano Hotel, leaving a dry goods store (with a Coca-Cola sign along the front) intact. [Japanese Garden Stepping Stone Construction]

Description: Photograph of completed stepping stones in the concrete pond of the Fort Worth Japanese Garden.
