Krum Banner
The Krum Banner first began publication in 1916, representing the community of Krum, Texas, in Denton County. Once known as the largest inland grain market in the world, the city of Krum’s early economic development centered on the production, processing, and shipping of wheat. The newspaper issues included in this collection reflect the lives and interests of the people who lived in this city during the early twentieth century.
