agent, announced Rally Day for the
Roon, j clubs as August 22 and discussed the
fair which will be called “PossUm
Kingdom Fair.” She said that the
county will receive $20,000 in cotton
stamps this year and discussed the
4-h Encampment and Whole Wheat
Demonstrations.

The Intermediate Department of
the Sunday School of the First Meth-
odic Church met Monday afternoon
at the church for a picnic at Lake
Eddleman. The group was accompa-
nied by Mrs. J. R. Bills and Mrs.
W. G. Mobley, teachers.
