Report to the West Texas Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South on the state of Texas University. Discusses the submission of a charter for the school and incorporation of Rutersville College, Wesleyan College, and Mckenzie College. Also enumerates how religion is incorporated into the school and student's reception of it.
