Description

Memorandum of contract between Mr. and Mrs. Bonnell, Mr. and Mrs. Dickey, and Mr. and Mrs. Liljegren of the first party, and Richard and R. W. Nowlin of the second. The members of the first party "agree to sell and convey unto Richard and R. W. Nowlin the following real estate situated in Kerr County, Texas" including 500 acres from the James E. Bettner survey; in return, Nowlin will pay "twenty four dollars per acre" with one fourth being in cash and the remainder in three promissory notes.
