Reported' County Judge's meeting at
MarllU Best In History With
Extra Good Attendance.
Captain Bon. F. Jones of old Tusco-
la who returned Monday morning
from Marlin reports the County
Judgos Convention tho finest he ever
attended.
' "It waB u great meeting" ho said
"with extra good attendance. County
Judgos wero present from evory sec-
tion of the land and everyone present
greatly misled our own judge from
Taylor county who was unable to bo
present on aticount of business at
homo."
Tho meeting adjourned Friday after
having been in session two days. Cap-
tain Jones returned homq by way of
Mineral Wells whero ho visited his
sister Mrs. George Heeler.
The next meeting will bo held at
Wichita Falls in the mouth of August.

ing awa on their last ride perhaps in
this lifo. Tho carload totaled an oven
imndred nnd ten ovor and the hogs
will bo sold on tho Fort Worth market
where the bulls aro horning tho stuff-
ing out of tho bears.
Mr. Morgan cannot find it in his
heart to bo cheerful when he considers
that had ho been ona day earlier his
hogs would havo commanded oight
dollnrs and seventy dents por hundred
pounds a record price on tho Fort
Worth market.
However as ho optimistically viows
tho situation tho prico today may ab-
solutely soar and reach nine conts
before the bruin forces can kick out
tho props.

charter for the now enterprise which
arrived Saturday from Austin having
boon approved by the Secretary of the
State.
Plans for tho building in which the
factory will bo housed are now being
drawn by-Froston & Curtis architects.
The building Is to bo brick three story
and basement but Its location has not
been definitely settled upon.
