Onionskin paper carbon copy of letter to W.T. Harris of Refugio, Texas from John J. Herrera, informing Harris that Herrera had complaints in regards to mistreatment of citizens in Refugio County. Herrera mentions Polo Jasso and Amado Laurel, who were slapped and kicked on the shins by W.T. Harris.
