Copy of transcript for a letter from H. J. Offitt to Stephen F. Austin, in which Offitt provides details on settled and outstanding surveyor payments related to securing his land title. Offitt offers that Austin can payment until all documentation supporting Offitt's land titles meets Austin's satisfaction. [On the second page of the letter, there is an annotation by Stephen F. Austin noting that he chose to withhold payment until the Offitt sent him a receipt.]
