Age 26 Height 5'-8!/2" Eyes Blue Hair Brown Build Med The above named solider has permission to be absent from Barksdale Field, when not on duty, from Recall to Reveille, daily, from Recall Saturday to Reveille Monday, and from Recall of days preceding Holidays to Reveille of following day. Clifford R. Baird, John B. Patrick Organization Commander John B. Patrick, major, A.C."

Printed on the reverse: "Not Transferable -- Violations of pass privilege will result in disciplinary action".
