Set Meeting I
The informal 'legislative break-
fast” suggested last Thursday by
City Commissioner Truman Kirk
will be held Wednesday at 7:30
a m. at the Sirloin Room of the
Saddle and Sirloin Restaurant. City
Manager Robert M Tinstman re-
vealed Saturday.
Kirk suggested the gathering to
“get acquainted with" the state
legislators and to "keep them in-
formed on our thinking'' on the
various legislative proposals.
Tinstman said that acceptances
had been received from State Sen-
ator David Ratliff of Stamford,
and the two newly elected State
Reps. Allen Glenn and Raleigh
Brown, both of Abilene.
The legislators will leave for a
session of the legislature the first
week in January.
