Notes

Text: "Sunday afternoon. My Precious - I'm sorry I did not get a special off to you yesterday - I did enjoy yours so much this morning. Yes, it's almost a matter of hours now - 24 from now we'll be well on our way if everything goes right. We hope to leave here about one o'clock and spend the night at College Station (at A&M), then drive on to Waco Tuesday morning. I may catch a train out of College Station (in Bryan) if I can get a good one instead of going on to Waco, 'cause you know where I'm headed, and how anxious I am to get there as soon as possible. Somehow I'm not much worried about this exam in the morning, although there are a thousand things I don't know about it. I have just finished packing my trunk - and did one of the [...]est jobs I've ever done - oh, I got all the stuff in, but that's about all! The room was [...]ply -- you know, last night, and I sure[ly] did think of you and long for you. Let's go to a [...], what say? Right now. Wish you _could_ go with us. I love you, Libbus. Your own, Felix."
