Notes

Text: "Friday morning. My Own - All thru but one more written! I'll say this week has gone by in a hurry; and I don't think I'll study much more for that written. Monday morning, [...] I did pretty well on the practical yesterday morning. Dr. Shafer told me to put my books up and take it easy - said I had 99 chances in a hundred in my favor, but I told her I wanted to do more than just "pass" it. She was very nice, in fact she's been in an unusually good humor this whole week, I think. Dr. Ganet surely gave us a crummy deal in physiology - only two B's in the whole class, no A's - and I made a _C_, and I know I know more than any 70% of his course. Grades don't mean anything, of course, but they do look well. I hope you are not faring to work too hard this week, but I know you are mighty busy. Only three more days till I'll be leaving this old place - and the moon will be full next week, and B[...]'s good and sold - and you? No, I didn't mean it that way - but you will be glad to see me - won't you? Sweetheart, I love you. Wish you could go swimming with us this afternoon, it's very pretty today. Kiss me, Libbus, so sweet. Your own, Felix."
