Handwritten text -- "Edgar Bergen and Charlie" -- in the center of a page printed in red ink, with the word "Memo" at the top and a partial illustration of a pencil writing. Printed text at the bottom of the sheet says: "We are in constant touch with Hotel Frederick, Huntington, W. Va.; New Capitol Hotel, Frankfort, Ky.; Hotel Hurth, Portsmouth, Ohio; Hotel Secor, Toledo, Ohio; Hotel Anthonly Wayne, Hamilton Ohio and will be glad to make room reservation for you. Advise Room Clerk. The Daniel Boone.
