Photograph from the opposite side of Mill Street of the front and southwest side of a white, single-story, stucco building with a hipped roof and a small entry porch with an extended gabled roof over the door in the center of the building. An extension on the right side of the building has a shed roof and a second entrance with a small angled roof above the doorway. There is a window with an arched top on either side of the main door with raised crowns over the door and windows; the windows along the south side of the building are rectangular. Several cars are parked in a lot to the right of the building and a large brick building is partially visible in the background. Another car is partly visible on the right side of the image and there are a utility pole and a parking sign posted along the road.
