Notes

Text: "Dear Mr. Kempner. We are now in typhoon season, but no one even hit Taiwan yet this year. I will enclose a snap-shot of my family took on August 4th. Elder one of two children is named June, 3 years old the younger boy is Matsato 5 month old. Including my wife and myself, whole four are in very healthy and sound condition. Cotton merchants here are awaiting of new PL480, approximately 100,000 bales purchase here. I wish you will do good business along this line. Yours very truly, Seiichi Miyoshi"
