Holt announces a meeting of the Dry Forces of their County to be held at the First Presbyterian Church and requests of Riddle that a team be sent to assist in the beginning of the work.

T. N. Carswell Collection
This collection was assembled by Thomas Norwood Carswell (1887-1978) and contains correspondence throughout his life.
