Text of letter: "Dear Sir: In reply to your letter will say he J. J. Click, sold for Taxes in Sept 1924 NE+ 33.5 S 31-160A. To redeem this you will be required to pay Taxes for 1923 and penalties - Total of paid in March 1925 - $17.93, Page 102 Line 39. 1924 - Total $20.48 if paid in March, Page 117, Line 39.
