Postcard of Bootham Bar & Minster in York, England. A large stone brick structure decorated with cross-shaped etchings and small stone statues looms over a street. Pedestrians stroll through tunnels in the structure at ground-level. Behind the large stone structure is an even larger stone cathedral with an ornate façade. Three visible towers jut up from this cathedral over the scene, each with large, arched windows. The back of the postcard identifies it as being part of the Salmon Series.
