Letter from Tom McBride to Bob Tice pledging fifty dollars to building a municipal golf course in Sinton, Texas. Handwritten text on the back of the photograph: "Dear Bob, Would have sent this back sooner, but was contemplating a change in residence. But, that is all past. Will try to enter this $50.00 in our family budget plan and pay this coming fall. Sincerely - Tom McBride." An envelope addressed to Bob Tice was enclosed.
