Sworn statement that applicant plans to purchase property as a home, that applicant is a bona fide settler thereon, and that the purchase is not being made in collusion with others; e. Obligation to pay for land purchase. Also includes recording certificate, showing file number, date filed, date recorded, amount remitted to state treasurer as first payment, and signature of county clerk. Arranged chronologically by date recorded.
