This report describes the potential environmental impacts and proposed mitigation measures associated with the construction and operation of the North Central segment of a DART light rail transit (LRT) system. The North Central Corridor runs from the Dallas Central Business District north to Park Lane, but this document only addresses environmental concerns north of Mockingbird Station. No significant impacts were anticipated.
