Postcard of a picture, possibly a drawing, that was created with bright colors, of a Court House that has a well groomed lawn and is rectangular and four stories, the three lower floors have windows and are larger than the fourth floor there are etchings in the stone on both sides of the clock that is above the wood door at the entrance.
