"It is entirely possible that this report was a draft of a newspaper article. A similar item appears in Associated Press story in the November 13, 1939 newspaper, The Monitor (McAllen, Texas). Variations show up the same week in the Abilene Reporter News, the Corsicana Daily Sun and in the May 23, 1940 Brownsville Herald."
