Description

Photograph of two older men at the Terlingua Chili Cook-Off. The men have wrinkled faces, white hair, and wear cowboy hats as they look directly at the camera while smiling. The man on the left wears a dark collared shirt under an open white button-up shirt and sits with his hands on the edge of the wood bench the men sit on, affixed to a wooden table. He also has a tag on his shirt that reads "Judge Terlingua 1982". The man on the right wears a white button-up shirt and light-colored pants, posing with his left hand holding a small cup in next to his left thigh. The men are shaded by a thatched overhang that sits over the area. Two stone walls with small plants growing atop them run along the edges of the overhang and meet in a corner in the background of the scene.
