Description

Photograph of two people at the Terlingua Chili Cook-Off in front of a band. The duo poses at the edge of the band's stone stage, with the woman on the left sitting on the stage's edge while the man on her right stands against the side of the stage. The woman has shoulder-length hair and wears a sleeveless white shirt tucked into jeans worn over cowboy boots. Her left leg hangs over the side of the stage while her right leg is pulled up to rest on the edge of the stage. She reaches her closed right hand towards the right sleeve of the man next to her, who has similarly short hair and wears large shades, a short-sleeved V-neck shirt tucked into jeans, and a belt with a large buckle. The man leans on his right arm, which rests on the stage next to the woman's left leg, while holding a drink in a cozy with his left hand as he smiles at the camera. On the stage's edge between the man's torso and the woman's thigh is a Coors beer can. Behind the duo stand the band, with one woman in a t-shirt and jeans singing into a microphone she holds while a man to her right in a long-sleeved shirt, jeans, and a cowboy hat plays guitar. Behind the man with the guitar stands another man in a cowboy hat playing a bass with his hands. To the left of the woman singing is a drum set and a guitar sitting upright.
