Newspaper notice of the murder of Perry Murt Witten Fralia by his brother in law's, the Colwell boys. Trial was held in Dallas County. The Colwell's were upset that their sister was married to a "bastard," as they discovered that Perry Murt Witten Fralia was the "love child" of Ol' Man Witten and unknown female; Perry Murt was raised by Ol' Man Witten's wife Sarah.
