A row of dark windows extends from either side of the archways. Above this first floor of the courthouse are two more rows of windows set into white frames and divides vertically by white columns that rise across both rows, holding up a long pediment with the partially visible words "And peace administered alike" written on it. Above the pediment is a fourth row of windows positioned just under the edge of the building' s flat roof.
