A driveway extends from the foreground of the photo, leading to a paved road that runs alongside the edge of a sidewalk that sits in front of the courthouse. One car drives from the right side of the photo on the road while seven others sit parked in front of the courthouse. The building is wide enough to extend off-camera in both directions and is made up white bricks. The door to the courthouse sits in the center of the building with pilasters on either side of the entrance, while an overhanging ledge sits above. The courthouse has three rows of windows across its width, with the bottommost row sitting on the same level as the door. The top two rows are almost entirely covered by a row of tall columns. The flat roof of the courthouse is lined by an off-white balcony.
