The triangular building is located in the right half of the photo, surrounded by much taller and more modern buildings. A stoplight is located next to it. Closer to the camera, a sign for "The Texas hat; Peters Bros Inc" is attached to a building. The words are written in cursive, neon tubing, and the sign features two depictions of men wearing cowboy hats. A streetlamp stands next to the sign. Trees in landscape boxes line both sides of the street. The photo was taken as a long exposure photo, so there is a phantom car at the stoplight, having been in motion at some point when the photo was taken. It sits at the light, nearly transparent.
