Letter from John C. Pouland addressed to fellow Democrats and dated January 19, 1989. Pouland advocates for his election to Dallas County Democratic Executive Committee Party Chair at the January 30, 1990 election. On the back a photocopy of a clipping from the Dallas Morning News by Pouland, "Why Hance went to Vienna" speculates about the purpose of Kent Hance's trips to Vienna being part of a plan to run for governor in 1990.
