Coming out of the illustration is a text box detailing the last name change of the multicultural center. Around the roots at the bottom from right to left are previous names for the center: Center for Cultural Diversity 1996, Intercultural Services 1975, Center for Ethnic Affairs 1971, Student Ethnic Enrichment Center 2002. The Multicultural Center final name is above the bottom illustration with the year 2003 by it.
